Club Hiking Event - Saturday 27th March 2004
|

On 27th March 2004, a 10 strong party of Club members and guests, set off on our regular hiking event. On this occasion the hike was amongst the beautiful scenery of Jang-san Park just on the outskirts of the Haeundae area in Busan. The hike lasted some 2 hours and 10 minutes and included some breathtaking views from the Jang-san Mountain peak toward Busan. The hike was followed by some much needed refreshments at one of the local 'octopus' restaurants.

The Hiking party reach the turning point near the top of Jangsan mountain. From here and on the way down there were some breathtaking views, see image 3.

Member stop for refreshements on the way down and also enjoy spectacular views down over Haeundae New Town.

The views down from the top of Jangsan Mountain were fantastic and this is one picture showing Tongbaek Island which is just visible in the distant centre.
