On Friday 25th June 2004, around 60 member and guests attended a dinner meeting at the Paradise Hotel for Installation of the incoming Rotary Club of Busan Tongbaek Officers and BOD members. The evening programme provided the usual format of ceremony and fund raising activity.

The outgoing President, Kim, Myong Soo, introduced all guests and after a long hard year in office gave his outgoing address. Assistance Governer Jeon, Kwang Soo also gave a  congratulatory address to the outgoing BOD and offered some word of encouragement for the new BOD. New Club Officers were then duly sworn in; President - Joel Rosenstein; Vice President - Kim, Geon Woong; President Elect - Kim Sang Kyu; Secretary - Shim, In Bo; Treasurer - Dr Joe Thomas; and new BOD Members; Hans-Hermann Glieden; Alok Roy; Wilfried Buchholz; Prof Hah, Byoung Joo.

Citations were given to Kim, Myong Soo, Joel Rosenstein and Shim, In Bo for their past years service as President, Secretary an Treasurer respectively. A citation was also awarded to Joe Thomas for his many Club Service activities throughout the year.

Fund raising came in the form of a raffle, with various prizes donated by members. In total some 800,000Won was raised and sincere thanks go to all who contributed.
