Rotary Club of Busan Tongbaek - Weekly meetings

The Rotary Club of Busan Tongbaek currently holds weekly meetings at the Paradise Hotel , see picture on the right. The meeting room is the Capri Room on the second floor, which has a glorious view overlooking Haeundae Beach. Haeundae Beach is the most well known and popular beach in the City of Busan, and is located on the eastern side of the city.

Paradise Hotel, Busan

Meetings are generally held every Thursday morning between 7.30 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. However, on occasion the weekly meeting is substituted by a special occasion scheduled during the same week. This may be the annual Charter Night, a special farewell dinner for a leaving member, or a vocational trip to the work place of one of the members etc. Details of current meetings/events can be found using the Events calendar page.

Weekly meetings generally follow the following format:

Call to order President
Songs Song leader or by member rotation.
See current song list.
Four way test Led by member rotation.
Announcements President & Secretary
Breakfast  
Fund raising Sergeant at Arms
Scheduled speaker  
Adjournment President
